Based in Windsor, Thames Hospice is the local charity for people living with life-limiting illnesses in East Berkshire and South Buckinghamshire. A vital part of their work is also supporting families and carers. It costs more than £7 million every year to keep the Hospice running. They rely on 80% of their income from charitable donations, which enables them to provide their vital services as free of charge, 365 days a year, to all individuals in need.
